Mostly single rooms or a choice of two beds room or double bedroom, all are air-conditionned. There is a lovely central garden in the common area

 2) 50 places in shared rooms in a cultural /Hostel Centre located in very central Venice the  Fondazione Ugo e Olga Levi (The Palazzo Giustinian Lolin) is located  on the grand canal mostly in shared and simple but very comfortable bedrooms, each with attached very large bathroom thus making possible the music course in this magic place.

The residence is about 1 minute walk (1small bridge)  to the place where the music tuition will take place: the magnificent Palazzo Pisani: The Marcello Benedetto Conversatory of Venice

We will make you a proposal for lunch time meals in a regular restaurant near by.

Participants staying in Domus Ciliota have the possibility to book also their dinners in the residence.

Nevertheless students who want to register in the course but do not wish to use the residence, may do so and/or book their own accommodation

On Saturday 14th and Sunday 15th July 2012  there will be in Venice a very important event  The Festa del Redentore  (the most important Festival for Venetians as it combines a religious theme with a spectacular celebration that attracts thousands of visitors. On Saturday night 16th July, the inimitable setting of St. Mark's Basin hosts a phantasmagorical firework display that lights up the spires, domes and bell towers of the city with a kaleidoscope of colours and reflections. At dusk, just as they have done for centuries, numerous small boats decked out with balloons, decorations and brightly coloured lanterns begin to flock into St. Mark's Bay and the Giudecca Canal. The boats then moor alongside each other and all the participants enjoy a sumptuous dinner of traditional Venetian specialities while they wait for the firework display that begins at 11.30and lasts until well past midnight) Festivity that lasts 2 days with Gondola's Regattas and fireworks and so on (see the link: Saturday night and Sunday  will be free for all to enjoy)
